Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you full command over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just specify the email mailbox you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
